We're not cocktail experts, but as science nerds we love to experiment! With mocktail tasting, we'll play with the drink mixes we carry in store, and provide mix-ins like juice, syrups, spices, fruit, and bitters so you can test your way to an awesome drink! And Because Science, we'll provide blank recipe sheets to track your creations so you can recreate your concoctions later!
Alcohol is not provided but you're welcome to bring your own to supplement your experimentation.
Science Happy Hour is for adults 21 and over and includes a free mocktail. Our mocktails are concocted using seltzer and the drink mixes we carry; you'll be able to choose a flavor (we have lots!). Bring your own alcohol if you'd like to spike your drink. Please drink responsibly.

Because Science is a love letter to all things STEM, particularly the fusion of art and science.
